The hotel also has one of the largest meeting spaces in the city, or even the entire Nainital/Jim Corbett District for that matter, with the Grand Orchard Ballroom living up to its name. It features as a spacious pre-function area for a wedding or a cocktail gathering, with one adjoining room and another adjoining open terrace area. A dedicated and experienced events team is in place to coordinate off-site programmes or conferences, likely to become a big part of the agenda over years to come.

All rooms offer exemplary uninterrupted snow-covered mountain views, each room also has a sit-out balcony, with some rooms having larger balcony than others where an entire family can dine or play cards. Entire Property is surrounded by Oaks and Chinar Trees. They even have their own Helipad. With vegetables like tomatoes, potato, broccoli, brinjal, bitter gourd, pumpkin, Chinese cabbage and corn growing here in aplenty.
